So, we're strolling through this Mexican open air mall. It's looking very Vegas, with a canal that runs through, and Venetian type boat rides. We round the corner, and what do we see? Children in vinyl bubbles. All I could think is "danger! danger!". Wrap your kid in plastic and float them on water? Ummm...okay...
